Our Overflowing System reinforced concrete pools
Inner coatings, holders and nonslips are ceramic, porcelain and glass mosaic based. They can be constructed in several shapes, depths and dimensions.
2 years material guarantee. Engine room, balancing pool and galleries are required for filtration. Construction takes 2 to 4 months due to the dimensions. It’ s the most applied system in Türkiye eve though not known much in Europe and America.

Order your swimming pool in spring, then get ready for swimming in summer...
After your order, ground investigation will be done to check the place of the pool if it is appropriate or not for the civil work. If it is okey, excavation will be done and plain concrete will be applied in order to prevent of movement of pool basin. On this concrete, double layer Ø 12 and Ø 14 steel meshes are fixed to lateral foundation beams without cutting in single parts.

In this stage, the filtration system should be constructed before the foundation of the pool due to preventing any leakage if the pool basin has some crack. Foundation concrete will be poured about 30-35 cm thickness in the mold. Side walls and cut-off walls are poured around 25 cm thicknesses. After concreting stage, the whole pool surface is sealed by the material YKS 306 or equivalent in order to get full sealing. Then, ceramic or porcelain or mermaid hand rails are fixed and coated. At the final stage porcelain, ceramic or glass mosaic are coated by “Fleks” or “Fuga” sticks. Boiler room, balance tank and spillways are coated with porcelain.
Ladder is installed. By erection of filtration equipment, the pool will get ready to use.
The pool is guaranteed for 2 years.
